Meet the Piranhas & Mind your Fingers!

The National SEA LIFE Centre is home to a shoal of 45 Red-bellied Piranhas, found in the Amazon River.

They are predominantly meat eaters with very sharp teeth and strong jaws for tearing through flesh. Despite their fearsome reputation Piranha attacks on humans are almost unheard of.

They love meat and get steak every Friday as a special treat!  Go along and watch them feed. Mind your fingers!

Our Tickets are valid for 365 days and make great gifts too!
