How do I use the Top Attractions Ireland Tickets?
 

When you order your tickets online, your tickets can be immediately downloaded from the order confirmation screen and will also be immediately sent to the email address you entered during checkout.
 

  1. Print out the entire PDF file. If you have purchased tickets to more than one attraction, be sure to print and bring the separate Tickets for each attraction.
  2. The ticket is valid within the ticket’s validity period, as stated on the ticket, and for the number and type of admissions stated on the ticket and visiting the attraction at the same time.
  3. You must present the PRINTED tickets at the attraction. Instructions will be on your ticket.
  4. Your Ticket will be checked and voided at the attraction and will be held by them. Only the first validation of the ticket will allow admission, so keep your ticket safe.

 

Are there advantages in buying Tickets from Top Attractions Ireland?
 

Yes, there are lots of advantages. Here are just a few of them:

What if I can’t download/open the PDF ticket

Most computers already have software installed to read and print a PDF file. If you can not open the PDF you may need to download the Adobe Reader software or update your Adobe Reader to the newest version. It is FREE software. Visit www.get.adobe.com/reader to download it.

 

What if I do not receive an email with my Attraction Ticket?

Once you book your Tickets they issue instantly by email to the email address you provided (and can also be immediately downloaded from the confirmation page). If you do not receive our email within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your spam filter or junk mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If you still can not locate your ticket, you can email or phone our customer services team and they will help resolve the issue.

 

What if I lose my ticket?

Your ticket is the same as any other ticket (it just arrives to you much quicker), so be sure to protect it and keep it safely. As the ticket arrives to you electronically, you can print off more than one ticket and store separately. However, if more than one ticket were to be used, the ticket scanner will alert the attraction that the ticket has already been validated and admission would be denied.

 

Can I order and pay for the Tickets on my credit card and give them to another person as a gift?

Yes. However, when booking you do need to name the person who is to be featured on the ticket (the gift recipient). You can then gift them the ticket by just emailing it to them or print it off and give it to them. Do remember your tickets become active as soon as you purchase them and the valid dates will be as stated on the tickets. Neither Top Attractions Ireland nor the Attraction the tickets are for are responsible for lost or stolen tickets, so please treat them like you would treat any other ticket.
